The Ergon Fitting Box Road / Gravel guides you through the fitting process in seven easy to follow steps. This allows you to adjust your bike ergonomically to suit you perfectly. No prior fitting-knowledge is necessary.

Every rider is different. And because of the countless individual aspects, such as height, weight and gender, it is necessary to adapt your bike accordingly. This way you can ride pain-free – even in aero position – and use your power as efficiently as possible.

Perfect settings for less discomfort

If your contact points do not match your proportions, if your saddle, for example, is set too high, discomfort, such as numbness, pain or, in the worst case, health issues, may occur. With the Fitting Box, you can adjust the settings of your bike to your body measurements with minute precision. This allows you to ride in the ergonomically correct position and thus effectively prevent discomfort.

The Fitting Box was developed by Dr. Kim Tofaute in cooperation with Ergon. Tofaute is one of the few sport ergonomists in Europe with a doctorate and is regarded as a pioneer of bicycle ergonomics in Germany. He is a leading figure of the Ergon ergonomics laboratory and owner of the company Fitting-Expert. He has 25 years of cycling experience, holds an A-trainer license and is a two-time MTB vice world champion in the 24-hour two-man team race.
